To help support families, we’ve created a short online developmental screening form based on trusted developmental milestone resources, including the Learn the Signs. Act Early. framework.

This quick screener is designed for children across the early years and looks at a range of developmental areas including communication, social interaction, play, movement, and everyday skills.

Importantly, this is not a diagnostic assessment. The questionnaire is simply a tool to help identify whether your child’s development may benefit from further exploration or support.

Many children who show differences on a screener continue to develop well with the right support, guidance, or monitoring. Early identification can help families feel informed, supported, and confident about next steps.
