Standard Clinic Appointment
Ages 0-12
Fees are based on total clinician time and may include:

scoring and interpretation

Our standard clinician rate is $220 per hour.

Initial Consultation (No Obligation)

A 30-minute initial consultation is available for all new children and families.
This appointment provides an opportunity to:

Identify which assessments or supports may be appropriate
Receive a personalised quote before proceeding with further assessment or therapy

Standard Therapy Session
45 minutes face-to-face + 15 minutes clinician administration
Our most common session format, allowing time for:

Extended Therapy Session
60 minutes face-to-face + 15 minutes clinician administration
Recommended for children requiring:
support across multiple goals
parent coaching
more complex intervention
longer sessions for engagement or regulation needs

speech sounds

stuttering/fluency

Extended Assessments
Assessment across two or more areas, such as:
speech and language
language and literacy
school readiness and communication
broader developmental communication profiles
Typically includes:
2.5–4 standard sessions
detailed assessment and interpretation
brief written summary report
Typical fee range: $550–$880
Comprehensive Assessment Report (Optional Add-On)
A detailed written report may be requested for:
schools or preschools
paediatricians
allied health teams

therapy planning and recommendations
Comprehensive reports require additional clinician time for analysis, interpretation, and report writing.
